UPS バッテリー警告
昨日の深夜、ビー、ビーという何かの警告音に目を覚まされた。
どうやら、PCの置いてあるラックのあたりから音がするので、何かと思えばUPSの警告音だった。
そろそろバッテリー切れらしい。就職活動の年に自宅のメールサーバが停電で落ちないように買ったものだから、もうそろそろ3年くらいか。UPS自体も中古で買ったから交換していい頃だろう。
純正の交換用バッテリーを探したがどれも11000 ～ 14000円程度。うーん、高い。
バッテリーなんだから、どっかのOEMだろうと、いろいろ調べたら、やっぱりありました!
おそらく GS YUASA の小型シール鉛蓄電池 （１２Ｖ ５Ａｈ）が使えそう。
秋月電子で売ってるみたいなので、これなら、 5000円程度で済みそうです。
問題は、鉛蓄電池の廃棄だな。ネット販売で購入しても引き取ってくれんのかな？確認してみよう。
個人での廃棄方法はなんかめんどくさそうな予感。

まー、あんま居ないよね。
これからHD-レコーダとか停電でクラッシュしたら困るから、家庭用UPSの需要あんじゃね？
#ま、普通の家庭じゃあんま停電することも無いか。
